My name is Marigold Shor-Wong, (she/they), and I’m a textiles artist from South Seattle. I’m currently a sophomore at the Rhode Island School of Design, studying textiles with a concentration in Nature, Culture, and Sustainability Studies. My art is inspired by natural forms, memory, family, and place-based storytelling. My practice is grounded in the importance of reuse and the mindful use of natural materials.

I am passionate about the use of art as a therapeutic resource and hope to empower youth in my communities through art education and programming.
